What is Sexual Harassment? Unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual fevers, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature. Sexual harassment is a behaviour. It is defined as unwelcome behaviour of a sexual nature.  E.g.: A man whistle at a woman when she walks by. Or a woman looks a man up and down when he walks towards her.  Sex Discrimination Sex discrimination is a behaviour. It occures when employment decisions are based on an employees sex or when an employee is treated differently because of his/her sex. Sexual harassment includes many things. Actual or attempted rape or sexual assault. Unwanted pressures for sexual favours. Unwanted sexual look or gestures. Unwanted pressure for dates. Whistling at someone. Cat calls. Sexual commits.
